About the Event
Capital to Coast is a multi stage running event from Canberra to the NSW Coast. Join us this year for a 10 km prologue handicap in Canberra on Friday 16th August, then 6 stages of 14.5 - 15.5 km each over Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th August. The terrain covers mainly forest trails and quiet country back roads, but competitors will also enjoy a beach finish on the Saturday and a traffic free run beside the Shoalhaven river on the Sunday before completing the final kms at Nowra Showground.
